Patch - Galactic Dream : Diverse Fehler behoben

Changes for the Patch v1.1c:

Fixed:
Made the first 6 AI levels weaker;
Defaulted the game difficulty to weaker levels;
Increased the Starbase and Terradyne Lab money production;
Improved the first Tutorial Mission;
Fixed the bug with workers mining at random distances;
Several unit / building sound updates.

Added:
Custom game Trainer which makes suggestions and allows
you to directly access unit / building commands.
