Changes since 13.06 include:

* Computer teams tag up in Play-By-Play (this is a fix of a bug introduced in Version 13.05).
* Play-By-Play: Multiple user-controlled runners can tag up.
* Clicking player name in Scouting Report goes to Baseball-Reference.com.
* IBB AI improved
* GDP and GIDP added to Sortable Stats
* 'Qualify Leaders' checkbox now works correctly for 'Relative Range' and 'Fielding Percentage' in Sortable Stats.
* AI improved for 'Team Strategies' for computer-controlled teams.
* Outfield assists reduced.
* Overflow fixed in All-Time Leaders (e.g. some players were shown with a '1.030' Fielding Average).
* Player salary demands increased, generally causing more players go to free agency instead of signing an extension.


Changes since 13.05 include:

* "Errors" added to League Settings
* "Skip Computer Draft Picks" added to Fantasy Draft setup
* "Delay League Transactions" option added.
