News - Windows Phone 7 : Microsoft enthüllt sein Line-up zum Start

Pünktlich zum Weihnachtsgeschäft greift Microsoft den Markt der mobilen Endgeräte mit dem Windows Phone 7 neu an. Für Gamer ist das deshalb interessant, weil das neue mobile Betriebssystem voll an Xbox Live angeschlossen werden soll, so dass ihr darüber beispielsweise Zugriff auf eure Avatare haben werdet und mit euren XBL-Freunden unterwegs in Kontakt bleiben könnt.

Darüber hinaus werdet ihr über Windows Phone 7 auch direkt zahlreiche Xbox-Live-Spiele genießen können, die teilweise bekannten Franchises entspringen und exklusiv für die Plattform entwickelt bzw. überarbeitet wurden. Nicht umsonst sagt Matt Booty, General Manager der Abteilung für mobiles Gaming: "Windows Phone 7 ist der Start einer bedeutenden Spieleplattform für Microsoft."

In diesem Zusammenhang wurde auch eine erste Liste an Launch-Titeln veröffentlicht; weitere sollen bis zum Start rund um Weihnachten noch enthüllt werden.
